Who is responsible for your data
Attract & Align is operated by Bra Holding AS, registered in Norway, organisation number 989 129 104, at Gimleveien 17b, 0265 Oslo, Norway.

What we collect, and why

We never see or store your card details. Payment happens entirely on Stripe's own checkout page; the card number is never sent to this website.
Legal basis
- Performance of a contract — the data needed to take your payment and deliver what you bought.
- Consent — the newsletter, and analytics cookies. You can withdraw either at any time; there is an unsubscribe link in every email.
- Legal obligation — sales records that Norwegian bookkeeping and VAT law requires us to keep.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of processors, and nothing is sold or shared beyond them:
- Stripe — payments and tax calculation.
- Supabase — the database holding orders, readings, reviews and download access. Hosted in the EU (Ireland).
- Resend — sending your receipts, downloads and the newsletter.
- Anthropic — the Premium Star Code reading is written by an AI model. We send it the chart data calculated from your birth details, and it returns the written reading. We do not send your email address or payment details.
- Netlify — hosting and server logs.
- Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these are based outside the EEA. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses under each provider's data processing agreement.
Cookies
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies until you choose. The banner on your first visit sets Google Consent Mode, which starts with analytics_storage and ad_storage denied and only enables them if you accept. Declining costs you nothing — the whole site works either way.
A small amount of information is kept in your browser's local storage to remember practical things, such as whether you have already claimed the free gift, so you are not asked twice. That never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: five years after the end of the financial year in which the sale took place, as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Birth data used for a reading: kept alongside the order record, and for the same period, so that your reading can be found and re-sent if you lose it. If you would rather we erased it sooner, email us and we will.
- Reviews: until you ask us to remove yours.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, ask us to restrict it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@attractalign.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or to the authority in your own country.
Children
These products are made for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, the age of digital consent in Norway. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top.
